This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering your greetings and/or products from DeeSign My Yard. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The price includes delivery, setup, and removal of the greeting.
DeeSign My Yard loves surprises, but please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify any yard service companies for the duration of the greeting.
PAYMENT: Payment is made at time of booking
CANCELLATION: In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund half of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may NOT receive a refund.
SAME-DAY orders will be accommodated with the following conditions.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your DeeSign My Yard greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent us from setup or removal. In the event we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.
REFUND: We will NOT refund the payment if the homeowner requests the greeting to be removed once the greeting has been delivered and set up. We will not refund payments for errors made on order submission. DeeSign My Yard reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined a full refund will be given.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS: Greetings are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground about 10" deep. If you have a sprinkler system please let DeeSign My Yard know the location of the sprinkler lines. DeeSign My Yard is NOT responsible for any damage to your sprinkler system.
SIGN DAMAGE: All signs are the sole property of DeeSign My Yard. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the signs are prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from DeeSign My Yard. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the graphic, letter, or stake at full value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.
